Educational Programs
Bouddha Jaagaran Sangha organizes a variety of educational programs to promote Buddhist teachings, moral values, and personal development. These initiatives include Dhamma study, moral education, training sessions, interactive discussions, and awareness programs designed for students, youth, and the general public. Through these activities, the organization helps cultivate knowledge, discipline, and a positive way of life.
Meditation Retreat Program
Bouddha Jaagaran Sangha regularly organizes meditation retreats, Dhamma teachings, and spiritual discourses to promote inner peace, spiritual growth, and a positive way of life. Under the guidance of experienced Buddhist teachers and Dhamma masters, participants have the opportunity to practice meditation, deepen their understanding of Buddhist philosophy, and learn how to apply the Buddha’s teachings in their daily lives.
Child Education & Welfare
Bouddha Jaagaran Sangha conducts various support programs to promote the educational, moral, and social development of children from economically disadvantaged and underprivileged backgrounds. Through scholarships, the distribution of educational materials, nutritional assistance, and personality development activities, the organization strives to help children build a brighter and more promising future.
Religious Tours & Pilgrimages
Bouddha Jaagaran Sangha regularly organizes religious tours and pilgrimages to historic and sacred Buddhist sites both within Nepal and abroad. These journeys provide participants with the opportunity to gain firsthand insight into the life and teachings of the Buddha, as well as the rich heritage of Buddhism. They also foster spiritual awareness, loving-kindness, cultural appreciation, and a deeper sense of unity among participants.
Our Major Activities

Annual Religious Pilgrimage
The organization has been organizing religious tours and pilgrimages to Buddhist holy sites within Nepal and, when required, to other Buddhist pilgrimage destinations every year. Such visits help enhance spiritual awareness, mutual harmony, and respect for Buddhist culture and traditions.
Annual General Assembly (AGM)
The Annual General Assembly is organized every year with the objective of reviewing the organization’s annual progress, presenting financial reports, developing future plans, and facilitating discussions and exchange of ideas among members.
Religious and Cultural Programs
Various religious and cultural programs are organized to respectfully celebrate Buddha Jayanti, special prayer ceremonies, Dhamma teachings, cultural performances, and Buddhist festivals.
**Social Service Activities**
Social service activities are carried out according to the needs of the community, including education, health, environmental conservation, support programs, and public awareness initiatives, with the aim of making a positive contribution to society.
